Company Overview

Established in 2014 by Somali professionals in Mogadishu, Dalawi Consultancy and Training Services was created to deliver high-quality, locally relevant consultancy and training to support Somalia and the Horn of Africa's development. Over the years, Dalawi has grown from a small firm into a trusted partner for national and international organizations, expanding its services in 2020 to include Gender & Social Inclusion, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research. With regional offices opened in 2022 across Galkayo, Baidoa, Garowe, and Hargeisa, we have strengthened our localized approach.

This growth is demonstrated by numerous impactful projects completed between 2023 and 2025, ranging from digital transformation and technology-based consultancies to strategic planning for TVET centers and capacity building for ministries and NGOs. Our deep local knowledge, combined with international best practices, enables us to deliver effective, sustainable, and culturally sensitive solutions.
